Our Grand Ballroom comfortably accommodates up to approximately 150 guests, while our Tuscan Ballroom can accommodate receptions of up to 200 guests.

The addition of the Tuscan Ballroom gives couples greater flexibility when selecting the space that best fits their guest count, wedding style, and overall vision.

If inclement weather prevents an outdoor ceremony, the Tuscan Ballroom can serve as an indoor backup ceremony location, allowing your celebration to continue comfortably without having to relocate your wedding to another venue.

9. Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes. Tuscan Oaks Estate allows couples to work with approved outside vendors for many wedding-day services, including catering, photography, videography, florals, cake, entertainment, and other specialty services.

Bar service is the exception. All bartending and bar service must be provided through Tuscan Oaks Estate. Outside bartenders and outside bar service companies are not permitted.
